BUILDING CREATIVE CAPABILITY THAT SCALES
THE CHALLENGE
RTS Global’s distance education model had been built primarily around audio courses. Moving into professional video meant more than simply adding cameras. It required a production model, technical standards, workflows, training, and infrastructure that could support ongoing course production without depending on one person to make everything happen.
THE APPROACH
I helped develop the production model that made the transition possible, establishing workflows, creative and technical standards, and a repeatable approach to course production. I also trained staff and helped build the systems and production capability needed for the work to continue and grow beyond my direct involvement.
THE OUTCOME
RTS Global developed an ongoing in-house video-production capability that could support professional course creation at scale. The work helped move the program beyond an audio-first model while giving the organization the workflows, standards, and trained staff needed to continue producing video courses without relying on a single person.
